
Triple Berry Crumble
Filling:
1 cup each (3 cups total) blueberries, blackberries, raspberries.
1TB lemon juice
2 TB brown sugar
2 TB corn starch
- mix together and pour into 8x8 baking pan
Topping
2 TB flour
2 TB brown sugar
1/2 cup quick oats
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt (pinch)
2 TB melted unsalted butter
- stir together well and sprinkle over the top of berries
- put into preheated (375 degree) oven for 20-25 minutes
- let cool for 10 minutes
- 6 servings (approx carbs 28 per serving)
- for a sweeter treat, add a dollop of plain Greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream
